Terms of service
By creating an account or playing Splatter a Hoedown you agree to these terms. Last updated 23 October 2026.
Eligibility
The game contains mature cartoon content and is intended for players aged 17 or older. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
Fair play
Don't cheat, exploit bugs, use automation or interfere with other players' games. Scores that fail server checks are rejected, and accounts that cheat can be suspended.
Virtual items and purchases
Paintballs, street cash, passes, characters and cosmetics are a limited licence to use content in the game. They have no cash value and can't be transferred or exchanged outside the game. Purchases are processed by Stripe; if a payment is reversed, the matching items may be removed.
Player content and conduct
You keep ownership of the photos, banners and messages you create, and you give us permission to display them in the game. Don't post anything illegal, hateful or harassing, or use real people's likenesses without permission. We may remove content and restrict accounts that break these rules.
Changes and availability
The game is provided as-is and changes over time. We may update features, prices and these terms, and will post notable changes on the Updates page.
